Would this overclock?

Quick a quick one:

4200+ x2 @ 2.2ghz
Asus M2V Mobo
2x1Gb Crucial Mid-End RAM
Tuniq Tower or any decent third party heatsink

How much would I be able to get out of my CPU, if anything?

Yes it will overclock, should be looking at around 2.6GHz+. Mines at 2.75GHz (in sig), voltage at 1.392v (according to cpu-z, 1.36v in bios), with an freezer 64 pro cooler. Isn't quite 100% stable as 1 core fails prime quite quickly but it'll do. Did have it running at 280*10 but wasn't stable in windows.
