Would this RAM block the Heatsink?

Just wondering if, like the title says the RAM would obstruct the heat sink (or anything else for that matter), as I know this RAM is quite high.

Id be using a full ATX board.

You know what RJC, I think I may well get those, they seem to be just as good as the ones Im looking at and like you said are low profile and offer no problems, cheers
