Would this RAM block the Heatsink?

Just wondering if, like the title says the RAM would obstruct the heat sink (or anything else for that matter), as I know this RAM is quite high.

What motherboard are you using?

I remember in the past I needed to cut the bottom part of my old AC7 plastic fan mount when used with the older Corsair Dominator series.

If youre worried why not just get normal profile heatspreaders instead of the stupid big ones ? ram heatsinks give next to no benefit anyway

Generally the RAM slots are usually in similar positions with regards to where the CPU is, but without knowing the exact board you plan on using (or the Chipset even) it's going to be difficult to give an answer.
