Would this rig work, advice please^

Yes i have tried all of those steps and still nothing. It logged me on once and then when i logged off and tried to get on again, it had the same problem and wouldnt log on. I can sign in using a browser based messenger but not the official program itself. When i sign in it comes up with the troubleshoot where all the boxes are ticket apart from the wireless box
