i have just seen the new AMD X2 CPU's that have socket AM3 and was wondering if this CPU would work with this motherboard?
the rest of the specs for the pc i am building are:
HIS ATI Radeon HD 4850 1024MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card - OEM
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM (WD5000AAKS)
Corsair CX 400W ATX Power Supply (CMPSU-400CXUK)
Kingston HyperX 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 8500C5 1066MHz Dual Channel (KHX8500D2K2/4G)
Coolermaster Elite 330 Midi Tower Case - Black (No PSU)
Would this system work and would i be able to overclock the CPU to 3.00+
