Unless you need to have integrated graphics I would get the following 770 based motherboard:

also getting some 1600mhz ddr3 and running it at 1333mhz using lower latencies is optimal for the amd memory controller in the athlon ii and phenom ii it seems:

Also the Athlon II and Phenom II are more tolerant of using higher voltage DDR3 unlike the socket 1156 and 1336 processors from Intel.

Also unless your are overclocking the Athlon II X4 I would also undervolt it as AMD set the standard operating voltage too high:
