Spotted this on classified on local website. Would you be skeptical or do you think its a bargain? :S

im out of the loop atm.. im using a HP Pavilion laptop i5 6gb ram which is doing me well.. but its deffinatley not a gaming laptop..

Pretty cheap, but it's not a gaming PC.

5450 is a multimedia card at best, and the Phenom I is pretty dated.
I'd also want more information on the PSU.
