Would you buy a 07 with 3 previous owners?

No, it's not. The kit in the BMW performance range is different and doesn't fit the E92 or E93.

Wouldnt it have been good had you just taken my word for it at the start...

Not being pedantic, but he said that the 15,000 service was completed 2 months ago. That doesn't mean that there was 15,000 on the clock at the date of service.....
Well if he was sufficiently over the service interval period wouldn't there be possible issues in the future with the warranty?

Also, wouldn't there be a running-in service earlier on that would need doing?

OP: Have you checked its HPI clear?

Fox, never seen the aero kit before, but its nice. Not to say its better/worse than the M sport, I just mentioned getting the M sport version instead because the top SE had no kit and I just think they look a bit bland. Is the aero kit from BMW or aftermarket?

I just got an email from the seller saying someone has put a scratch down the side of the car and has offered 800 off the price he had agreed to. Which is not such an issue because we wanted to vinyl wrap it anyway.

But my gut instinct is telling me to go for the first one. I will report back on monday after seeing it.

The Aero kit is an option on the SE models, you can also retro fit it. The front bumper is actually just a part the fits over the bottom half of the standard SE bumper.

Don't forgot that if you go SE and fit the aero kit you should declare it as a mod. I personally like the M-Sport kit on the Coupe/Conv, would have that over the SE.
