Gonna be getting Locusa Keyboard but they dont sell on OCUK. Will be buying when my money comes back from Dell for faulty m11x (they have agreed thank goodness).

Might buy one screen this month and another 2 following month. Also might get 3 5850 in all.

Is there anything you would change. Not sure diff between the 5850 is it worth extra for vapour x? will 2x 5850 be best over 5970 and will 3x5850 be better over 5970 and 5870? the mother board will only do 2x 16 pcie and other will be 8x lane, will that make big differnce?

is the psu over kill? would be looking to over clock all of it. so i7 would want 4ghz and over clock 5850's to 5870 level. (im not great overclocker but can use the programes and they seem easy enough)

Are these monitors good? I have a Ikea Jonas desk which is Width: 140 cm
also with these I done need an adaptor? Is the SSD ok? or is it a waste or are there better forthe money? I know people say the samsungs are good but OCUK dont seem to stock them.

is the psu over kill if I did get 3x5850? and finally is this the best ram? reason I went for it is they seem to included it with OCUK buddles that that over clock to 4ghz?

Thanks all for help :) also not sure how topaste it like you guys do with pictures so sorry it looksa mess

Forgot to add this is all for gaming rig only (little bit movie watching) but nothing more. Is I7 worth it or is amd x6 better?

yes i get free delivery keyboard will cost me about £60 so takes to £2300 when complete

not questioning youbut why change psu? is it better? looked at review for one i had and came off good?

sorry for nonspaces typingon m11x and keyboard busted

thanks by looks of that 1000w is over kill.

looks like im going i7 route as just ordered last 920. even if not last best to be sure. so is this mother board best bet even though im not going sata 3?

reviews seem good

the motherboard does have good reviews, so they cant all be wrong.

im sure someone will be along in a moment to reaffirm the choice of motherboard, it has many admirer's on this forum.

and i have just noticed one glaring issue with your harddrive, are you going to use it as the main boot/program drive, or just a backup?

Do you mean the ssd? It will be a bootup drive so I suppose could go smaller? The other will be programme drive. Why what's prob?

if that western digital Green harddrive is just a backup/storage drive and you already have another fast harddrive to use as the main disk then its ok.

but,

if your planning to use it to run windows and your games/software then its slow, its designed to save power consumption, so the spindle only spins at 5400rpm

these are all faster,

edit, silly me, just noticed the SSD in your list, the Green harddrive will be fine for backup duties.

Any reason for going for the Naga? The Imperator's far more comfortable if you're used to Logitech mice.

Not sure about the monitor - 1920x1080 on a 21.5 is going to be a pain for anything text heavy. Have you thought about the 2209wa?

Also this:

For storage you might want to think about the F3:

It's a whole £2 cheaper, and it's much faster (the caviar is fine for htpc/backups, where performance isn't an issue, but a 50gb SSD is going to fill up pretty quickly).

think your good to go then.

last little question which i dont know the answer to is, i dont know if the corsair cooler comes with thermal paste or not, you might need a tube.

ahh ok ill look into that... would the intel 80gb ssd be better than the vertex 50gb? as it seems a lot bigger for close to same price?

cool thanks for help its only the write speeds which are slower but after install cant see problem whenn gaming with that....

thats for help have made few changes now :)

reason for the Naga is I play WOW for my sins.. have wow gaming mouse but is bit big for my hands and looking to get another with loads of buttons.

The reason for the screen is im looking to get 3 and i think 3 24" will be to big
