1 x latest g/card and a SSD

I would take the first. Graphics is much more of a noticeable diffirence than a hard drive. A 'normal' harddrive will be fine for everything.

Personally, i'd get the latest graphics card and solid state hard drive, and then watch my pennies so I can invest in the second graphics card a later date.

Doing it the other way round, i'd end up with a HDD I dont need!
