depends when it goes out of date, and if it looks ok eg no mould on it, i would as long as its crisped up i would.

If it doesn’t smell, hasn’t turned black, isn’t covered in mould, doesn’t move when you touch it and isn’t a week after it’s sell by date then yes.

Sounds like it'd be fine. Damn, I left some bacon for my housemates to finish as I was going away for the weekend but the total time opened was less than 10 days! I know it'd be very dry though, it dries after a few days, but is fine once cooked!

It's bacon. It's salted therefore it's going to last a long time. Unless it is green bacon is fine to eat. As a student the edges of my bacon dried out. Once cooked it was delicious. I've never taken ill from eating bacon.
