Would you go from a 6600GT to a 7300GT (DDR3)

Pretty much as title, although would modding my mobo and getting a 2nd 6600GT be a better option?

My bday soon and the other half is giving me 70 notes so my options are a bit limited


Ive consulted the vga charts at toms but they dont have the ddr3 version of the 7300

What about the ocuk one? Im guessing there wont be much difference between there clocking abilities?
