1. go to space in the shuttle / rocket
2. leave the shuttle / rocket and do a space walk

As regards the OP questions I'd say No, No. Nothing new to learn really.

However, if we were visited by Aliens and there was a chance to go back with them to see their world, even if it would most likely be a one way trip, then Yes, a very, very big YES.

Drop on a rollercoaster is a result of a large change in velocity in a short space of time. Weightlessness is nothing like that I imagine.
