Would you pay £50 for this?

Hi, I know absolutely nothing about Macs so I'm looking for a bit of advice. I've been offered a Mac with the below spec for £50. It's been completely cleaned up and wiped so it's in an as new state. Just wondering whether you guys think it's worth it?
