Hi all,

So i just recently got my self a new motherboard and cpu. the motherboard is Asus Strix B250F Gaming and the cpu is i7-7700k.

would you recommend this all in one water cooler for it? or would you recommend a different one?

ill be using the system for 4k gaming and video rendering. i have 32gb ddr4 ram and a gtx 1080ti.
I will not be overclocking either.

The H100i is on offer at the moment for less at ocuk.
However I think corsair fans can be a bit noisy so I would consider the bequiet silent loop 240.

You don't need to spend anywhere near £100 on a cooler. Something like an Alpenfohn Ben Nevis at £20 would do fine for a stock i7.

I would probably be tempted to go for an air cooler if you aren't overclocking, the be quiet dark rock 3 performed well for me.

Maybe im going about this wrong, i defiantly want to have an all in one water cooler for the cpu.

I already have a The H80i, but its the older model, its just i dont have any of the brackets for it, and the one from my older motherboard does not fit on the new one. I have also fitted some custom fans to its radiator.

is it possible to buy the brackets separately?

Corsair do sell the brackets, I have a CW-8960017 spare but that probably won't fit a H80.
