Ok just came home to find my water cooled rig at 87c after my house mate had left the heating on all day long and I had closed all the windows in my room with the idea that it would be slightly warmer by the time I got home from work. Instead it was like a Sauna.

Might i suggest you open a few windows to let in cool air and eject your housemate through one of them in the opposite direction
