WOW account doing my head in.

Well my 1st month is nearly over and WOW just hasnt gripped me enough to fork out £££ a month.

But I am trying to log in on the website and it says I have input my details wrong ( account name and password)

Yet I can log into the game and play.

Is this a ploy by blizzard so I will have for fork out a monthly fee?

Anyone I can contact about this?

sometimes it's just a problem with the account page, probably quite heavily loaded at the moment.

I've personally had my payment options set to not renew automatically in case i've decided to not play anymore..... not happened yet and it fact enjoying the game more now that i was a couple of months ago.

it's been a year since i started and i cant remember if it automatically took my first bill of not.

Edit: Ironically i just logged into my account on the website to try it from work to see my account is frozen as my last payment ran out yesterday! :eek:

been playing longer than i thought, my free month ended 19 / 04 / 05

Actually i dont think i have it set to not auto bill me i think it's just because it always fails for some reason, fine when i do it manually from the account page.

The account page has been REALLY slow recently which I think is due to them releasing a 10-day trial. Needless to say, once the trial is over it'll be back up and running :)
 
This happened to me aswell, I simply got them to reset my password by answering the security question and with that i got in first time. Give it a try.
 
and bear in mind the new patch rolled out yesterday which always has a really negative affect on the european website speed / availability for about 48 hrs !
