i would like to get titan panel for wow but i've heard that allot of these addons can contain key loggers and your account details can be hacked into, just wondering what peoples thoughts are on this and where is the safest place to download from or can the addons be scanned somehow :)
 
World of War has been rumoured to have keyloggers on before, I would stick with Curse just to be on the safe side tbh.
 
www.curse-gaming.com is where i get them, just a few usefull hints, only download popular files with high hits, dont download low rated complications of UI's, always look at the notes as sometimes people will post if it contains a keylogger and also scan the download after you have it, never execute a .exe file.

thats about it, just use popualr addons and you will be fine =)
 
If you want to get picky any of the addon sites can end up with keyloggers....they end up embeded in the sites ad's, not the actual site.

Be sure and check any mods you download of course, there should never be any executable files included as a wow mod is only a collection of text files (all fully readable in notepad/wordpad)

www.wowinterface.com is another decent site and for the more advanced users check out www.wowace.com (ace is a collection of libraries a lot of mods are written using now and it has its own handy updater program)

man knows what he's talking about...all of them get keyloggers from time to time...speciallu curse...there was a big thing about not dowloading from thier mirror media source 1 at one point...

ace 2 addons are great to say the least..they are low mem usage which is the best thing about them and they also all work in conjunction with each other which is also nice :P

until one of them goes wrong and it screws everything else up :(

And yeah, Curse got hit worse than worldofwar ever did :/
