At present I am running
Asrock 939NF6G-VSTA
A64 X2 4800 (Socket 939)
HIS X1950 Pro 512MB
OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC3200 EL-DDR
2 x 80Gb WD
NEC 20WGX2
Vista Home Premium 32 Bit
I run WoW at 1680 by 1050 with everything on full (no AA etc though). At these settings it can drop to around 25-35 fps in certain cases.
My question is what is the cheapest way to get smooth gameplay with the everything on FULL.
Do I upgrade JUST the graphics card to something like a ATI 4850 or do I upgrade the mobo, cpu, ram etc to something like an X2 6000 and 4Gb ram?
Or do I need to do both?
Dont want to spend to much if possible but at I push I suppose I can go for mobo, cpu, ram and graphics.
