WoW - best proffesions - how to get a lot of money

Im a level 12 mage and want to start a primary proffesion. What would u suggest primary and secondary? Also how do i earn a lot of gold?

Don't buy rubbish from the AH, save up, get one of the gathering professions, sell stacks

Id imagine that enchanting has been buffed a bit now in terms of making money, seeing as you can bind enchants to scrolls now and sell them on the AH as opposed to having to hang around the cities trying to whore yourself out in trade chat like you used to.
