WoW:Burning Crusade - Interface Mods?

Hey guys, ive just got myself WoW, and im enjoying it for the most part, but im finding the UI/Interface very lacking and restrictive, i cant move anything on the screen to a better place, and having to shift through the action pane to find something mid battle often gets me killed, i.e healing stuff lol.

So im wondering if theres such a thing that will allow me to move and put more things on the screen, so i dont have to keep faffing around trying to remember every single shortcut on the blasted keyboard.

Are you using the extra action bars?

First things first,

Get Bartender - Will give you extra Bars, more flex ability.
Get Xperl - Will give u better charactor/Party/Mob boxes.

Mine in use. Bartender at the bottom, Xperl doing the charactor bits,

I've recently cleaned my ui up a lot, its quite a mess in this photo, but does what i need and when.
