Ok, I have emailed VIA the European website, and sent emails to ron and the sales/marketing and other places. So far, it has taken around 3-5 days and no reply yet.

I was reading on the offical coolermaster forum, and one guy has not got a reply in 2 months!!!!!

Wow, this is really bad.

3-5 days and your complaining.....

My first correspondance with them took 4 months, and they were much quicker back then.

Like I have said in a few threads, Coolermasters quality control has gone, and if you ever need to get in touch with them quickly, its impossible.

Although I will stress that they do deal with every email they receive, eventually.

customer service is bad these days. for example, Evga. a friend of mine RMA'd a gfx card to them and a month later he emailed asking where his card was, they replieda week a later with these exact words.

"you'r going to hold out for a while, we have been busy at CeBit"

and that was it....

Antec, within a week, BFG 2 week replacement, Western digital 3 days, Lian Li 8 days, Tagan 6 days...

They are not all bad, just Coolermaster are by far the worse, Thermaltake are good aswell once you convince them its a fault not a product feature.

Yewen - "The door on my case won't close, it is new and I have been told to deal with you"

Thermaltakes response - "It is a product feature not listed on the specification"

It would have been funny if it was not happening to me :p 2002 though, they have got better since then.

Lmao,
That reminds me of the guy who email Tech Support because he couldn't boot into BIOS. They replied asking what version of DirectX he had. Haha.

Damn, Im used to another online retailer which takes 3-4 hours to reply, and even people off the bay take less than 1 day.

Stupid CM.

All depends on who you speak to and how you speak to them!

I'm currently awaiting some spare parts to finish off my ATC111 - the holding point being the fact that shipping is costing 15 euros, but my bank want £31 to transfer 15 euros - so i'm currently waiting and coaxing CMNL into getting a Paypal account to make payments easier

I got motherboard standoffs and screws from Bobby pretty quickly, once i found out to contact him. But i don't think Bobby looks afer UK anymore, or he's left CM one or other

But with no specific UK contact it does make it hard

Coolermaster have been great when ive dealt with them, sent me free screws, standoffs and case feet within about a week or two. I'll see if i can find the email they contacted me with.

EDIT: Its [email protected], tell them Ron Classen of Coolermaster Europe directed you to them.
