Hi i have got a WOW gaming mouse and i have installed the latest software from the steelseries website.
I cant add my profile to the mouse settings? i have checked the EU armoury and the site for Europe appears to be down,is this the reason my profile cant be downloaded to the mouse settings
The Error message i get is The character is not found please check spelling?
I have 100% correctly selected the correct :Realm/Character name/region
