WOW - Interface Addons

Hi all

i downloaded the SWS stats interface addon, for group DPS stats and such. Stuck it in the folder and couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get it to work.

well, a couple of weeks later i decided on a new character and server, looked up at the mini map and bam, a little SWS icon was there, i could see all the options and sat playing with it for a while. It was there for about 2 days and now it has buggered off again!

whats going on! lol, does anyone have a good DPS/group/party stats mod for WOW that actually works and doesn't vanish?

I might have done something stupid, if I have, let me know

Cosmos is an utter pile of pants. Out of all the pre-compiled interface addons you can get, it is the biggest resource hog. Not to mention the fact that it sends loads of information to undisclosed servers on the net. The best way to go is to compile your own interface using reliable addons that don't waste resources. These work the best.

Gotta agree, Cosmo's is so bloated and crap its untrue. Download CTmod with the CT Raid Assist addon, along with Scrolling Combat Text, Titan Panel, Atlas, and Damage Meters.

Think that just about covers it all really.

Another vote for Cosmos being a steaming pile of poo.

I use Atlas, Titan Panel, Auctioneer, QuickLoot, Gatherer, Advanced Trade Skills and CTmod.

I don't like using the packs, certain bits always get left out of date etc and i never use more than 50% of it. I'm currently using these ones:

As well as the other mentioned already I'm a big fan of the Discord mods.

Discord Action Bars and Unit Frames are godlike once you've mastered them.

Heres my interface

That timer in the middle is a class bar.. measures all the timings of trap durations stings etc. I also have a casting bar, but that only comes up when I'm actually casting non-insta cast shots etc.
