WoW - Low fps

Is WoW supposed to be pretty demanding now or something? I get 30 fps in Elwyn, seems low for a q8200 and 9800 GT. I run COD WAW way better, and that's supposed to be more demanding :S

I think you need to put some stuff at the bank, it usually lower the frame rate if your bags are full.

Apparently the latest patches have made performance pretty poor, even on high end machines.

turn your shadows off, it cripples performance and dosent really look any better, i keep mine off even on a i7 3.4 and GTX275, even at that dalaran still runs about 30fps.
