you have most likelt hit them or something to trigger the pvp on for 3-5min becuase i have been fine. but if your in a contested area then they can kill you anyway

Update:
It seems i must have had pvp on now its disabled im not getting attacked by the level 80 death knights,they just roam around now and leave me alone
And already it seems i cant drag myself away from the game

Erm be careful. If the rules are still the same you can't ever transfer from a pve server to a pvp one, but can transfer from a pvp to pve one. Most of the best guilds are on pvp servers.

Also I'm hot sure how level 80's can attack you if you're level 5 since you'll be in starting areas until around level 18 afaik, so you can't be attacked unless you enable pvp or attack them.

Also I reccomend pvp servers for the lols You're always going to get idiots who gank you and will make levelling up harder, but same level world pvp is A LOT of fun

That rule got removed in patch sometime, you can transfer from pve to pvp now

I've gone on to be on countless server firsts, a world top 30, 5 guild meets all over Europe, raided 25 nights in a row (gotta kill those bosses), etc etc etc etc etc.

Enjoy it, but do not let is suck you in. In the end it's not worth it. Trust me on this. You will experience TONS more. I mean, you're level 5, can't yet tell the difference between the currency and not out of the starter area yet. It will take you at least 3 months to 'get' what this game is about, then lv80 will open a new world to you. Enjoy it, but don't let it suck you in

you shouldnt be being attacked in a lvl 5 area unless you attacked first.... (lol you found the pvp flag)
