Wow - move a character between accounts

Hey
I know that in order to move a character between 2 accounts you need to have the same first and last name... is it the battlenet account first and last name, or the original wow account? (Afaik the bnet account info is editable which would make no sense if that's the one)

its the original wow account holders names that must match, did one a few days back

Just as a note, your name under the Battle.net Account Info page isn't editable IIRC. And I seem to recall that changing your e-mail was only just added.
