Are there any spells a paladin can learn to perform ranged attacks?

they have a couple, each with about 5 mins cool down, but i think they can only use 1 sheild spell every minute or something

not sure on the shield heal any more, i know one of the shields had a long cool down period, the other was no where near that bad.
Has it changed again with 1.9?

if you want to spend 31 talent points in the holy talent tree you can get holy shock a ranged spell attack, you can also get a trinket know as linkens boomerang a ranged attack (from a quest in ungor crater), doesnt hit for much but can be used to pull,
we also get hammer of wrath, a spell that can be used when the oponent is at 20% life or less to fire because we cant run after them, i also use Judment of command as a ranged spell (the range on this isnt great tho).
you can also spend 31 talent points in retribution tree and get repentance, a ranged attack that does no damage but puts the oponent to sleep for 6 seconds until hit so we can chase after them
hammer of judment also has a 30 yard range to it used in the same way as repentance

as for the shiled heal, we have 2 shields we cant use one after the other as we have a 1 minute gap inbetween befoer we can use our second shield
