WoW problems

When me n me flatmate are playing WoW on the same server I regularly have the problem that I get disconnected and when I log back in have 0ms and can't do anything however I can see people moving around/fighting etc

Is this a server issue or is there something we can do to fix this?

I can log onto other servers fine and have no addons on atm.

Looks to me that its a server problem if it plays fine on other servers. Just make sure that your flatmates are not downloading too much when your on WoW
