Anyone else having trouble logging onto WoW this morning, the european site won't load for me and the game login page just hangs and says it can't connect. The US WoW page loads with no trouble though!

Whatcha mean...been playing WoW daily for 7 months, this is the first ever time i've not been able to login

 You are blessed with much luck, WoW is notorious for not being able to get logged on, lag, half hour queues for servers etc.

New patch updates are the worst.

Bugger...i only get 2 days a week where I can play all through the day as well cos of work commitments, dammit!!!

I get the occasional Q of about 40 peeps that goes down in about 10 minutes, that's the only real annoyance i've ever had, aside from loser Lv60's ganking lowbies!

Eh? I'm on Plus.net and I just logged on...

Edit: Just alt tabbed to WoW and it's stuck on Authorising. :| Also, are you having any trouble with various web pages? I have to refresh them a few times before it even loads : /

You're kidding me right? There's a huge thread on their forums about DNS problems and loads of peeps who can't connect to various sites, MSN, games and so on...do you use auto DNS settings or specify in your dialup settings?

Well, if I retry to connect a few times it works, but it seems to be stuck at the moment. As for the DNS settings, I think my router sorts that automatically

If it ain't one thing with PN it's another, first a 100gb hard cap, then 30gb peaktime cap, then 20gb p2p cap, soon to be reduced to 10gb...now the gamings screwed, as soon as my 12 months is up i'm gone!!!

Yeh, it is pretty ridiculous, but I was amazed by PN when I first joined :D May I note that I was previously with Tiscali... :|
Yeh i'm pretty angry about the caps, i've exceeded those a few times and I was doing legal stuff : /

I was with PN back in 02/03 when I had to pay £65/month for a 2MB connection and they were an amazing ISP, reliable, no limits...now they've got far too greedy and continually crap on their customers!

Are you on the PN forums?

Browsing them now, but I don't post on the PN forums. For the past 6 months they've been charging me for 4mbit! I can't even physically get that, i'm on 2mbit and they said they'd refund me in April, pretty ridiculous. So i'll leave them once I get my cash back I suppose.

You're one of the unlucky ones who they conveniently "forget" to tell that you wouldn't be able to get 4MB for a while!

The communication with their customers is abysmal, they introduce policies, we only find out when we complain and they say "oh, we've done this" and they also assume that everyone reads the forums to know what's going on!

If I could find someway outta my 12 month contract for free i'd be gone tomorrow!

Aye, though I found their ticket service thing to be good in the sense that I got fast replies... even if they didn't exactly solve the issue. Any advice as to which ISP to move to next? I see that most ISPs are now putting caps on their 'unlimited' services.
