Wow screen resolution problem

I don't know if this should be posted here as its a screen resolution problem on WOW.

I would like to run WOW on a 1680 x 1050 resolution but in the video settings that resolution is not listed. Can someone please help me.

Dont think WoW will go that big... go to its max res and change the UI Scale if you want something bigger.

On my drop down list it goes to 1600 x 1200 which is my screens max res. So it does go that big :\ In regard to the question im trying to think how i did it (if i did anything) but when i played on my hdtv there was a list of widescreen resolutions.

I run it at this res ( native for my 20inch dell widescreen) and it was just in the drop down options for the game. Do you have the correct drvers for your monitor installed? maybe the game picks them up and uses them and yours arent right?

well mine runs in 1920x1200 fine. my guess is you have dual monitors and it's picking up the lower res of your 2nd screen as its max (mine used to do this, had to disable 2nd screen).

Same, runs fine at this native res on my Eizo 21".

Must be a graphics driver problem...

runs native on my 20" widescreen lg 1680x1050 as said, must be a driver issue mate.

WoW picks resolutions from your display driver.

So, make sure your driver supports the rez you want, whic I assume it does already. Maybe update the driver? Is it still the windows default display driver?
