thinking about coming back, could use this to make up my mind before setting up a subscription again
i do have all the expansions, can i still use the Scroll of Resurrection?

Got it, Thanks! but for some reason i am getting the following error:

An error has occurred.
Your Battle.net account does not have any games that can be upgraded with this game key. Either you have no games that can be upgraded with this key, or you have already upgraded them.

I have wow + all expansions in my battlenet account and i have NEVER used Scroll of Resurrection before...

any ideas?

Back when Battle.net was released did you add/merge your World of Warcraft account over? Chances are that you need to do that before using the scroll.

how long has your account been inactive for?
The scrolls require your account to have been unsubbed for 90 days do they not?

my account was inactive since april, but i did get an email from blizzard like a month ago saying i can get 7 days free due to the new patch Rise of the Zandalari, so i used that (although didn't play even once)... maybe that's why?

That might have done it, Even though you didn't actually reactivate your sub, there was account activity.
Not 100% sure though.

Not sure on that either.
Is that email address linked to your Wow account? I'd give their support a shout. See what they say, they're usually pretty fast with gametime issues.

that email address is my battlenet address where all my games are (sc2, wow, diablo2 etc(
