WoW server question...

This may be a very stupid question but I just need confimation!

Me and a few mates play on Stormrage server, and a friend of mine wants to join in too - Stormrage is listed as "Full" though.

Does this mean its actually "full" and they wont let anymore accounts on, or is it just a warning to point out that you'll probably have to queue?

I think as it stands at the moment, it just won't let you create a new character on that server when it's queued (7-9pm normally if it's busy). Anyother time is fine.

He'll be able to join, but as you correctly stated there's a high chance of queues developing during peak hours.
