WoW trial....

So I registered for free trial a little while back, then I borked my Vista install. I was going to give it a try tonight and it's not telling me I ahve 0 trial days left!

I can't believe they don't start the 10 day trial from the time you first use the game!

Is there any way to get this reset, or would I need to create a new login with new email address etc?

new login is the only way to do it as far as im aware

Yeh email them, 15 days later you'll get a generic reply asking for your mother's first dog's name and the day your next door neighbor lost her virginity, then wait another 21 days for them to tell you ... download it again, it aint rocket science.

Seriously, the amount of time it took you to write the post, you could have got another 10 trial accounts sorted out
