WoW - Weapon Problem

I've equipped a bow and I'm trained in it and I'm the right level for it but I can't use it. There's a green line around the weapon icon as well. I've tried to use the previous weapon and it's the same. What have I done wrong? Never seen it before.

Don't put the item on your hotbar, it won't work.

Put the 'Shoot' (or autoshoot, or fire bow, or whatever) icon on your hotbar instead.
