I'd recommend an active server with players 1-30. Not an old realm raging with 70's.

go here - http://www.warcraftrealms.com/eu_realmstats.php and put them in date order, then pick a new realm from Jan/Feb 2007

As a personal recommendation with an active player base at lower level I'd for go Hellfire, Ghostlands and Nagrand if you have PVE in mind

that link will give you an indication of classes, races and such. It's in no way accurate, but it's a good ballpark figure.

Join the OcUK hordies on Shattered Halls !
if that's really not an option I'd suggest pally, there's lots of locks around and all you can do is DPS - with a pally you can heal or tank depending how you spec, and so you'll always be in demand (and that's coming from a lvl 70 lock who's got bored with his toon)

Cheers for the reply.

I've played horde for 2 years straight, so im after a change.

I've played paladin before, so i think your right with the choice.

I would go with a pala. Locks are everywhere. I saw 6 undead locks lvling in the barrens just walking from RFD to crossroads!

Most high level ones are noob spec aswell! All i ever get is fear/death coil > life drain...constantly.

It's because there's certain talent specs for warlocks that make them overpowered in 1v1 and sometimes 2v2. It's funny really as nearly every survey site still shows them as underpopulated, but have probably doubled since TBC was released. They're starting to get a bad reputation now due to that and too many noobs re-rolling as one. On the other hand, paladin reputation has improved since pre-TBC :) They are also a ton more versatile, you don't even need to consider Holy spec now, since Protection in particular is awesome, probably the most fun tanking class, whilst still doing very good damage (out DPS'ed a 70 Hunter as 63 Prot. Paladin in Ramparts as the tank :D)

I wouldn't roll Human though, too boring :p

My mate has a 70 retri pala with some season 1 gear and does a 2v2 with a 70 warrior with season 1 gear. They can pretty much take most thing the same gear level as them easily.

lol, I moved my main chars to BDF on release of TBC, although I've long since quit playing those chars.

I'm not subscribed atm due to not finding anything on it new even when re-rolling on a PvP server so contemplating whether or not to (never say never!)
