Yeah, for reference, i didnt notice any performance drops (in my eyes)..and its gone from, stock settings - peak temp 84c and average 75c down to peak temp 71c and average 60c! 
and to add - its a lot quieter too (the CPU fan), its baffles me, but that change is great!
