wrist straps?

just wondering if anyone uses those anti static wrist straps when messing around inside their pc's? and do overclockers sell them? i've only seen them at places like ahh competiters, err those electronics kinda stores.

i'm prolly gonna get one from a competitor for future builds, i always touch a radiator on multiple occasions while building or messing around inside a pc but that can't be as good as always being tethered to a ground i guess? are overclockers ever going to sell these?
