Opted for some sumos this week, still deciding wether to stick with standard deadlifts or opt for sumos! Sumos felt pretty tight and the last set of 100 was pretty tough.
Finished up with 3 sets of chins till failure, 4/3/2

Arms felt really tight for some reason, think because my arms aren't very flexible when front squating, will come with time though I hope!
