Ok so this is my first lifting log ever! Training to get myself into shape to compete at a power lifting comp next summer.

Current BW 85kg

Day 1! :D

Couldn't wait to get back to training as over summer I wasn't really in a fixed position and couldn't face paying multiple gym memberships!

All felt strong and were below parallel.

Tough enough without a spot, not the best with regards to my reps with 80kg but first proper session back so not too worried!

Dips
6 sets, aiming to get 6x6 of body weight. Achieved 6/6/4/3/3/2 lots of room for progress here.

Finished up with some curlz.

Training later today and can't wait to get stuck in again. Will update this afternoon :)

Opted for some sumos this week, still deciding wether to stick with standard deadlifts or opt for sumos! Sumos felt pretty tight and the last set of 100 was pretty tough.

Finished up with 3 sets of chins till failure, 4/3/2

Then finally some pulldowns 3x8 of 50/54/59kg
 
Just experimenting with stances currently. For my squats im doing strong lifts, bench and dead i'm using programs Reiyushin wrote for me.

Arms felt really tight for some reason, think because my arms aren't very flexible when front squating, will come with time though I hope!

Uni has started therefore up dating this hasn't gone to plan over the past 2 weeks! xD
