Wrong fixed penalty code???

I recently got caught by a mobile camera (yes i know - i am a child killer) which was in a 50.. i have just got back my endorsement but it says SP30? IS that right. I thought it should be SP50???
If so - do i keep my mouth shut or does it not make a difference on insurance whether its sp30 or 50??

SP50 is for motorways. Was it on a motorway?

The fixed penalty code doesn't match the speed of the road. SP30 doesn't mean you were caught on a 30mph road.

SP30Exceeding statutory speed limit on a public road3-6

SP40Exceeding passenger vehicle speed limit3-6

SP50Exceeding speed limit on a motorway3-6

Just because it says SP30 or SP50, the number is not relating to your speed
