Wrong item sent

Hi guys, sorry if I am posting this in the wrong category.

I've ordered from Overclockers before and never had any issues but I recently ordered an NZXT H9 Flow (2025 edition) but they accidentally sent me a Lian Li O11 Dynamic mini V2 flow.
It's a simple mistake and I know they are probably super busy with Christmas coming up.

So my question is...
Can I pop into the front office to swap the case for the correct one? Or do I have to wait for my support ticket to be seen to?

I'm only a 40 minute drive away and want to get this sorted asap so I can start on my new build.

If it's the "OcUK Customer Service" section you are talking about then that just redirects me to the main website where I can put in a ticket.
 
Yes I can do a ticket... but my point is.
If I go to stoke and they can sort it out in person I can have the correct item in my possession a lot faster than submitting a support ticket and waiting up to 10 days for a reply and then shipping days on top of that.

My original post wasn't very clear but all I'm asking is does anybody know if they allow customers to just drop into store with returns and stuff of that nature?

I'm afraid the team are unable to process a return on site without a pre-agreed RMA and RMA number assigned
