Wrong memory speeds on Nvidia Monitor(8800GTX)

I have an XFX 8800 GTX and according to the specs the memory should be running at 1.9Ghz, but when i loaded up the latest version of Nvidia Monitor, in the Bus Speens section the very bottom one "GPU Memory" is reading 900.00Mhz...am i missing something here!!! :(

All the other readings seem to be fine, my AMD FX-62 is reading at 2995MHz on the core and the 8800 GTX core is reading 576Mhz which is correct to manufacturers spec!

please enlighten me...TA!
