wrong monitor arrived, what should i do?

I ordered a monitor off b-grade and the wrong model has come today. am i entitled to get it changed for the model i ordered? and do i have to pay the return shipping which will be about a tenner?

Yes you are entitled to either get it changed, or if there are none in stock get a refund, and for an item that size then OCUK (I believe) have to arrange for it to be picked up, meaning you don't have to pay for postage.

nah i got a 17 inch tft and i ordered a 19

contact the shop direct to sort this out, would be the best bet
