Somebody sure got robbed, but it ain't me. 
What a nice start to the weekend this will be. X1900XT -> HD5830 should make for a nice improvement, methinks. Assuming the rest of my system can feed it. 
Will have to get the rest of the upgrades rolling ASAP.
