hey all 
i have a litle problem am on air cooling and i have zalman 9500 am2 cpu cooler and athlon 5000+ BE oced to 3.0ghz and my temps look wrong and imposible for oced cpu or even for stock on air..
cpu just instaled fresh termal paste
both everest ultimate and core temp show same temps... if i go in bios it says 31.5c so whats the problem with temps in windows?
sry for my english again... 
my case is antec 900 all fans on medium

bios is the latest avialable from asus web site and my motherboard is Asus M2R32-MVP
