Wrong weights bench supplied with my package could people give me their opinion?

I ordered the red premium strength package from powerhouse fitness and it arrived today but the bench is not the one advertised.

The bench was meant to be the cf430 but i have received one with less maximum weight capacity pm121

Should i complain to get the other bench or is this one a better quality piece of kit? both are just bodymax.

The one you got looks more sturdy than the one you were meant to get. I'm not really sure how accurate the weight limits are either.

I've got this, and it states its limit is 180KG. I regularly have over 300KG on it when I'm on and bench pressing. The bench you received looks better and more sturdy than mine.

Ah i thought it looked smaller so was worried it was not as sturdy, coupled with 100kg less maximum weight capacity i was worrying. If you are right then its fine though a bit annoying to lose the leg attachment maybe, assuming they are any good :|

Dont get me wrong i am nowhere near ever going to hit the max capacity i assume, i weight 100 odd kg so 275 max should be plenty for a bench lol. I just want safety really, not a bench cracking under me.

The leg attachment seems to be too far forward to be of any use on the other bench. Still, I would advise you at least contacting them over it. I had a few problems with my order and they were quite accommodating and gave me a few freebees over it (some more plates and a second 7 foot olympic bar).

They have also sent me the wrong dip handles, and 2 nuts and a washer are missing from the pulley system.

So compared to other peoples delivery nightmares i have done well, but it is far from perfect. I am not happy with the downgraded dip handles nor the missing pieces. Gonna give them a ring.

I suspect that they'll have in their terms and conditions that they can substitute the individual items in the package deal where they are out of stock provided they offer one of equal or higher value/quality. It looks like they've done that here but I'd suggest giving them a call anyway to check and if it's not suitable for your uses then see what else they can offer you to make sure it does meet your needs.
