Hi all,
Im currently running WHS 2011 and have been for about 6 months now, for nearly that entire time it has been a bit of a pain to say the least. Limited support and unstable features are the only consistent thing it seems.
On Microsoft Dreamspark program i can get WHS2012 for free, which i only realised today. I would love to have a stable and efficient server platform that has reliable features and good technical support if 'it' hits the fan.
At the moment i mostly use my server for image backups of my main pc and streaming to home network. I want to be able to use my server for streaming to outside devices and properly remote desktop to my home network.
Just wondering what sort of experience anybody has had with WS2012, if at all, and if they think i should bother with the upgrade or will it cause more problems that it solves?
