WSUS update issue

I am trying to run a report in WSUS to find PCs that need Office 2007 SP3 update but it cant find any Office 2007 SP3 updates available.

Has anyone had this or similar issue before.

Is your WSUS configured to get additional updates (Eg Office ones) and not just OS ones?

Happens a lot, people don't check WSUS setup and tell it to include new versions of office etc for years at a time. Double check the config as Sin_Chase suggested.

Ok guys checked config and ticked the box for service packs and checked that it was searching for Office 2007 which it is and still cant seem to get SP3. Its showing lots of over updates for Office 2007 but not any service packs.
