WSXGA+ with docking station (not port replication) capabilities?

Good morning all,

Since HP have decided all business laptops would be better with 1366*768 or lower resolution I'm after an alternative brand with docking capabilities.

Ideally 1680*1050 or greater, Core i5/i7, Win 7 Pro.

Anything out there at moment?

Can get all the way upto 1920 x 1080 in a 15"

I have a E6500 and looking to upgrade to the E6510 soon.

Mine has all the toys, backlit keyboard, finger print reader etc.

They have a few kinds of docks and stands, I picked up a dock cheaply from eBay after the laptop.

£1,226.01 for what we want :O

Bit different from the £500-600 we used to pay for 6715b/6735b from HP!

Looking at the 6555b, it's only HD+ (1600x900) but better than most I suppose.
