my isp doesnt support outgoing mail only incoming so i need to get my own
an internet one, not software or anything like that

Most webhosts provide mail servers. They're very easy to use, and you can often has as many clients as you want on them. I'm not too sure if I'm allowed to post a link to the one I use/recommend though...

OcUK aren't in the webhosting business - so I don't see why you can't post.

You aren't allowed to post only if you happen to OWN that hosting service and are blatantly advertising yourself...

I'm pretty sure UKFSN have hosting available, if not, get yourself some hosting from a cheap provider - you'll be looking at max £30 per year for the service. I could recommend some, but mine start at £30 and there is probably cheaper out there. In any event, vidahost.com starter package is very good. Nice and fast and excellent support from personal experience. Check out www.ochostreview.co.uk for info anyway.
